Online One-on-One ACT & SAT® Prep

Strong standardized test scores can expand college options and improve admissions outcomes. Our online ACT and SAT ® prep focuses on strategy, efficiency, and confidence.

Test Prep Highlights:

Sessions move between theory and practice, between our proprietary formulas and official ACT questions. We’ve distilled the ACT into systematic procedures and methods that are fun (fun!) and easy to learn.

Our Strategy Files are your rules of the road for the new Enhanced ACT. We present our proprietary test-specific and content-related rules in formats that are systematic and easily digestible. They come from ten years of research and our analysis of 30,000 official questions.

You should expect to clock a 1:1 ratio of session time to outside Homework time. If we do a one 1.5-hour session per week, you’ll do about 1.5 hours of homework. Not exactly a full-time job, but it’s absolutely essential.

Mock tests are full-length, official, and newly formatted ACTs that reflect the most recent changes to the exam. These practice tests, which you can take either paper and pencil or on our proprietary software program that mimics the Digital ACT, are checkpoints and essential for tracking stamina.

We have the best ACT & SAT® track record anywhere–with our students averaging +7 points on the ACT and +250 points on the SAT® (respectively) over a few months of prep.

Online Academic Tutoring

Our online academic tutoring supports students navigating advanced coursework while reinforcing strong study habits.

No matter where you are in school, the foundation of your academic experience involves your coursework.  Your courses are where you acquire new skills, new ways of thinking, and a deeper appreciation for intellectual engagement.

Averaging 1.5 letter grade improvements per subject taught, Krupnick Approach tutors support elementary, middle, high school, and college students in fully integrated programs across the age and academic spectrum.

Whether you’re looking for assistance with math, science, social sciences, reading, executive functioning, research and writing projects, or test-taking skills, we’re here to support you through the process from conception to completion.

Academic Support Includes:
  • Core high-school subjects and advanced classes
  • Exam preparation and concept mastery
  • Study strategies and organizational skills

The goal isn’t just better grades — it’s long-term intellectual confidence.

Strategic College Admissions Consulting

From early planning through final submissions, our consultants help students make informed, strategic decisions throughout the admissions process.

The Krupnick Approach to College Consulting

1. Requirements form the foundational infrastructure of the college prep process. These include good grades, solid test scores, and meaningfully rigorous college-prep courses. We help students with all of these parts of the process – from academic coursework to ACT & SAT® prep – and have the best track record in the field in standardized test preparation.

2. Strategy & Positioning is the bread and butter of what most people think of when they start “college counseling.” We do it a little differently.  Strategy and Positioning starts with a plan and a systematic timeline with chronologically overlapping projects. It’s extremely useful to begin this process early, and there’s nothing wrong with completing some of these projects at the same time.  You do not need perfect ACT & SAT® scores before visiting colleges. You don’t need to know exactly what you want to study before making your list.

3. Discovery is about determining what you are interested in, where you want to apply, and what, essentially, you want to study.  If Strategy and Positioning is about appealing to them (ie, the colleges), Discovery is about finding the right fit for you.

We help students apply with purpose — not guesswork.

College Essays & Interview Preparation

Strong essays and interviews help students stand out beyond grades and scores. We guide students through every step of the process.

College Application and Essay Support:
  • Brainstorming and narrative development
  • Multiple rounds of thoughtful revision
  • Interview coaching and practice sessions
  • Confidence-building feedback

Students submit applications that reflect their voice and potential.
