Parking and Directions
The 401 N Michigan Parking Garage is located at Lower 150 E North Water St, Chicago, IL 60611, between Lower Michigan and St. Clair Streets. Look for signs for 401 N Michigan Parking. The garage is an indoor, commercial valet service, and offers electric vehicle charging. Parking reservations can be made in advance, and may be available at lower rates, via Parking.com or SpotHero. Alternatively, either of these parking services, in addition to ParkChirp, offer more affordable rates in nearby parking lots and garages.

Building Access
All students will be pre-registered as visitors to the building prior to their in-person appointments. They will need to check in at the lobby of 401 N. Michigan Avenue, provide a photo ID, and then will be given a pass to get to the elevators. Students who are 16 years old or younger can provide a school ID or have a parent/guardian accompany them to the suite. Suite 1960 is located on the 19th floor, just around the corner from the elevators. Students should wait in the waiting area just inside the suite, and their tutor will come out to meet them at their scheduled session time.
